This design has long been an idea of mine but the work that it takes made it impossible to fit into my schedule for a long while.
I handcut the glass mirror tiles myself so it takes some time to get them perfectly aligned and even. It makes for a gorgeous result and is easily one of my favourite designs that I hope to make again in the future!
The mirror pieces are surrounded by glass seed beads in a frosted icy blue shade for a subtle shimmer.
The necklace itself features four layers of dentalium shells and faceted Czech glass beads for a little extra sparkle. The result is very decadent and luxurious with a historical touch whilst remaining firmly rooted in the present.
